Biography

Dr. Arnold got her start in Human Resource Leadership at Key Energy Services and has led the HR function for several other Shreveport businesses. She became an adjunct at LSUS in 2002, teaching College Strategies. She left her role as Director of Human Resources at LSU Shreveport to pursue her Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Louisiana Tech. She currently resides in Sarasota, Florida and continues to serve LSU Shreveport as an adjunct and associate researcher.
