National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) Support Groups

NAMI Connection Recovery Support Group

The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) Connection Recovery Support Group is a free, confidential, and peer-led support group for adults (18+) living with a mental health condition seeking support in their community. 

Open to all adults living with mental health conditions, NAMI connections provides a safe, accepting, and confidential setting with access to a community of people who relate to your experience. Trained facilitators will guide you in learning to empower yourself in a place that offers respect, understanding, encouragement, and hope.

In-Person Meetings:

First Monday of every month 
6:00 PM - 7:30 PM

NAMI Family Support Group

The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) Family Support Group is a free, confidential, and peer-led support group for adults (18+) of loved ones with a mental illness. 

Open to adults with loved ones who live with mental illness, you can find hope and support by connection with others who have similar challenges through NAMI Family Support Group. You will gain support from peers who understand your experience. You'll also gain insight into the challenges and successes of others in your community.
