Loan documents required for new borrowers and transfer students:

ENTRANCE COUNSELING

MASTER PROMISSORY NOTE (MPN)

Click the documents above and use your FSA ID and password to login. LSUS will receive electronic notification within 48 hours of completion.  To confirm we have received your  MPN & Entrance Counseling, login to myLSUS > Financial Aid >Financial Aid Awards > select appropriate year to see if the MPN & Entrance Counseling red flags have been removed.  

Graduate Students Only:
If you already completed a MPN but it shows incomplete on myLSUS, login to StudentAid.gov and verify you completed the MPN for subsidized/unsubsidized loans, not the Grad Plus MPN.
