An all-black version is acceptable when color printing is unavailable.

Email Signature Guidelines
When you are communicating using your @lsus.edu email, please present yourself in a way that is professional and consistent with the LSUS brand.
Email signatures should be in 10-point Arial font in the format of the examples in the following heading, "Acceptable Email Signature Examples".
The font color should be Dark Purple, as listed on the dropdown of font color options on Outlook.
Email signatures should include first and last name, title, department name (if applicable), the name of the university, an office and/or cell phone number, email address, and a link to the LSUS website.
Only first and last names should be bolded.
An individual’s title should be in italics underneath their name.
The link to the LSUS website in the signature can be to a specific page within the website, if desired.
Each piece of information listed above should be on a separate line.
Please do not include any kind of image or logo in your email signature. Email clients may flag your email because of this, and it can make your email inaccessible.
Do not include quotes or philosophical statements in your email signature to avoid brand confusion and help maintain a consistent LSUS brand identity.
If you need to include a disclaimer or urgent statement in your email signature, please contact the Media and Public Relations to get it approved.
