WASHINGTON D.C. – Watch the LSU Shreveport baseball team be honored at the White House this afternoon through the White House’s live stream.

The ceremony is scheduled to begin around 2:55 p.m. (central time) with the players being announced followed by the introduction of U.S. President Donald Trump and head baseball coaches Brad Neffendorf (LSUS) and Jay Johnson (LSU).

Trump is scheduled to speak first followed by the two baseball coaches.

The event is expected to run until about 3:30 p.m.

The Pilots are the first college baseball team in the sport’s history to complete a perfect season, posting a 59-0 record en route to the program’s first-ever national championship.
