My work explores the intersection of emerging technologies and organizational resilience. Specifically, I am interested in how generative AI and automated workflows can be ethically integrated into legacy systems to drive efficiency without compromising human-centric values. I am particularly focused on the tension between automation and authenticity in the modern digital landscape.
